You can achieve a less lumpier Paper Mache Clay if you allow the toilet paper to soak for a while. As well if you were to use softer toilet paper that has more fibers. I would add 2 tablespoons of linseed oil for its polymer-forming properties.
I use to add the linseed oil but I didn’t find it made a difference. Thanks for the tips Kim.
